Anna Constantine

I am personally accredited by the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and a general member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT). I hold a PhD and other postgraduate qualifications in counselling and psychotherapy and have vast experience of working with clients presenting with a variety of issues.

Providing an open-minded sensitive approach to therapy helps the client express their inner feelings and thoughts, understand the source of their difficulties and distress, develop resilience, heal and grow. Therapy can significantly enhance confidence, self-esteem and well being, facilitating new ways of thinking and new insights.

I use an integrative approach to therapy, grounded in psychotherapeutic theory and research. Interventions are always tailored to the client's unique needs with a strong emphasis on a therapeutic relationship that is able to meet the emotional needs of a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds, different life stages and identity values.
